You Can Reverse Your Osteopenia – I Know From Experience!
Posted by: | CommentsDon’t think your diagnosis of Osteopenia is irreversible. You can reverse your osteopenia – I know by experience. My diagnosis was probable osteoporosis. That was in the days before the bone scan was invented.
Fortunately, a friend gave me a book by nutritionist Adele Davis that changed my life completely. I had heard disparaging remarks about taking vitamins all through my nurse’s training, so really had not considered taking them until that friend who was also a nurse told me that it was interesting reading. The name of the book was, Eat Right to Keep Fit.
By applying the principles in, Eat Right to Keep Fit to my own life, I was able to recover completely from a severe case of peritonitis. Also, I continue to enjoy abundant health and total healing from two hip fractures and two subsequent surgeries to remove hardware.
After my experience of recovering from the peritonitis, I was hooked and have continued to do independent research in the field of nutrition for over 40 years.
I appreciate more than words can tell, the long-suffering of my family while I learned to make my menus more healthy. But the changes really paid off later when I had two painful accidents that resulted in breaking the same hip twice.
The doctor’s remark after the second hip repair assured me that the effort had been worthwhile. He told me that when he “drilled through the bone that had previously been broken, it was as hard as hard wood.”
Through that experience, I became convinced that new bone can be grown at any age and that you can reverse osteopenia and osteoporosis naturally.
As my bones are still strong and healthy, at age 82, I have finally been persuaded to put my findings into a book to help others discover those secrets too. My findings are revealed in, 7 Secrets to Reverse Osteoporosis & Osteopenia.
