Is Your Osteopenia Drug Causing Your Pain?

Due to the problems I have been hearing about recently from people who
have been taking fosamax, and other bone density drugs, this post is an
attempt to warn people who have been encouraged by their doctors to
take those medications.  I do not believe that doctors knowingly want
to harm their patients, but I do believe that many of them believe the
propaganda of the pharmaceutical companies that is grossly inaccurate.

One lady testified that after a bone density test, her doctor
recommended that she take fosamax.  So she took 70 mg. once a week for
7 years.  She said that for the last 3 of those 7 years, she had developed
lower back pain, pain in the hips and knees, bloating, diarrhea,
constipation, tiredness, a heart murmur, and a disconcerting liver test.

Though she had an unusually high pain tolerance, she finally went to her
doctor who ordered another bone density test.  He told her to stop taking
the fosamax, but she didn’t think to ask him why.   After she was home,
she went to her computer and googled it. ..

To her dismay, she learned of   some of the dangers associated with
the drug that perfectly matched her symptoms.  Needless to say,
she was very upset that she had not been informed of those
possibilities before she started the drug.

It was pretty obvious to her that her symptoms were due to the drug.
She had attributed them to her age, even though she was only in her 60’s
and had been healthy and pain free up until that time.

After stopping the medication, her severe back pain and other symptoms are
disappearing and she has felt amazingly younger.  She says she would never
take any bone pill again even if  they paid her.

If you are taking one of these “so-called” bone density drugs, I hope this
article will be a warning to you.  You are not just getting old.And you
don’t have to suffer unnecessarily in an attempt to build greater bone
density. You can have strong painfree bones naturally, just by some simple
dietary changes.

    it is easy to relieve constipation. just eat some fruits and veggies with lots of juice and fiber.;*.
