Bone health is receiving much more publicity in recent days because it is now known that more women die from Osteoporosis than from Breast Cancer and Cervical Cancer combined.
This is one of the sad causes poor bone health is that many are consuming great quantities of sugar free soft drinks in hopes of losing weight. Most do not realize that according to recent studies, these soft drinks cause weight gain rather than weight loss.
Also, the phosphoric acid that gives the soft drink it’s fizz is the culprit that
causes calcium and other minerals to drain from the body and produce soft bones.
Most people think of hip fractures in connection with osteoporosis, but the bones often become fragile throughout the body before the condition is even diagnosed
Another sad fact is that the Bone Health organization also promotes “bone density drugs” which have caused much suffering for many users. These medications are known to cause brittle bones and death of the jawbone.
